What you'll be doing

• Collaborate with Clinical Science team members across multiple projects

• Support rater training, qualification, and remediation activities

• Liaise with sponsors, sites, and internal cross-functional teams

• Attend internal and external project meetings

• Track study-level metrics and ensure timely resolution of queries

• Coordinate materials and logistics for external meetings (e.g. Kick-Offs, IMs)

• Contribute to the development of SOPs, work instructions, and process guidelines

• Perform other duties as assigned

What we look for

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or a related field (required); graduate degree preferred

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in clinical research, ideally within a CRO or sponsor environment

• Experience administering clinical rating scales and conducting CNS assessments

• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills

• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus

• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Familiarity with Good Clinical Practice (GCP)
