• Perform manual testing, including functional, regression, and API testing.
• Validate APIs using tools such asPostman,Swagger, or similar platforms.
• Conduct basic database validation usingSQL.
• Identify, document, track, and verify software defects through resolution.
• Execute test plans and maintain testing documentation.
• Collaborate with development and business teams to improve product quality and testing processes.
• Contribute to QA best practices and continuous process improvements.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 1+ years of experience in Software QA or Testing.
• Understanding ofSDLC andSTLC methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with manual testing and test case design.
• Experience with API testing tools such asPostman orSwagger.
• Basic knowledge ofSQL and database validation.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.

• Exposure to API test automation or automation testing tools.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Knowledge of API security and authentication concepts.
• Experience in regulated industries such as healthcare or finance.
