• Analyze business and functional requirements to create effective test scenarios and test cases.
• Execute manual testing, including functional, regression, and API testing (e.g.,Postman).
• Conduct database testing using SQL (MySQL, Redshift, or Snowflake).
• Identify, log, and track defects through to resolution.
• Contribute to test plans, test strategy, and QA documentation.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams in Agile/Scrum setups.
• Support and mentor junior QA team members.
• Continuously suggest improvements to QA processes and quality standards.

• 4+ years of experience in QA, primarily in manual testing.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and STLC.
• Hands-on experience with API testing and database validation.
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS or Azure).

• Knowledge of automation tools such asSelenium,Katalon Studio, orPlaywright.
• Basic understanding of test automation frameworks.
• Exposure to performance testing tools likeJMeter.
• Familiarity with AI-based testing tools or QA process improvements.
