Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and motivatedSenior.NET Software Engineer with a strong background in building scalable, high-performance applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience across the Microsoft technology stack, including .NET Core, ASP.NETMVC, and Web APIs, along with modern front-end frameworks.
In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain robust applications, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to system architecture and performance optimization. You will also play a key role in problem-solving, mentoring team members, and ensuring best practices in software development.
Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain applications using .NET technologies
  • Build and integrate APIs and backend services
  • Collaborate with front-end developers using modern JavaScript frameworks
  • Optimize database performance and schema design
  • Troubleshoot and resolve application issues
  • Participate in code reviews and enforce best practices
  • Mentor junior developers and support team growth
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 4+ years of experience in .NET Framework
  • Strong expertise in:
    • .NET Core
    • ASP.NETMVC
    • Web APIs
    • Modern JavaScript frameworks
  • Experience with relational databases and performance optimization
  • Proficiency with version control tools (e.g., Git)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Leadership and mentoring experience
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience withBlazor
  • Exposure tohealthcare applications
  • Experience withscalable systems
  • Familiarity withAI/ML integrations
