Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning, executing, and trackingproject plans and sprint cycles to ensure timely delivery
- Facilitate keyAgile/Scrum ceremonies
- Monitor progress and support the removal ofblockers and impediments
- Collaborate withcross-functional teams including engineering, QA, product, and stakeholders
- Work closely withProduct Owners to support backlog refinement and prioritization
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders acrossdistributed/global teams
- Supportrisk identification, tracking, and mitigation efforts
- Prepare and maintainproject reports, dashboards, and documentation
- TrackAgile performance metrics such as sprint velocity and team efficiency
- Promote smooth team collaboration and help address communication challenges
- Contribute to continuous improvement by applyingAgile best practices
Required Experience & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in project coordination, project management, or a related role in IT industry.
- Strong understanding ofAgile/Scrum methodologies and SDLC
- Hands-on experience with tools such as:
- JIRA (tracking, reporting, dashboards)
- Confluence (documentation and collaboration)
- Excellentcommunication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills
- Stronganalytical thinking, problem-solving, and time management
- Ability to work effectively in across-functional and global team environment
- Flexibility to support project needs, including occasional non-standard working hours
Preferred / Nice to Have
- Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM) or formal Agile training
- Familiarity withhealthcare domain, data, or systems
- Exposure toAgile reporting and metrics tracking
- Experience working withdistributed or international teams
