Summary
Cedar Gate Technologies is looking for Data Analytics Analyst 2 [Lead] to join our Data Analytics team, responsible for the analysis and implementation of U.S. healthcare data for analytical applications. In this role, you will play a key part in interpreting, transforming, and standardizing complex datasets to generate meaningful insights that support business decisions. You will also ensure data quality, maintain consistency across multiple sources, and contribute to the continuous improvement of data processes, tools, and reporting frameworks.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead data analytics initiatives and oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of data analysis, transformation, and reporting activities
- Interpret and analyze large datasets using statistical and analytical techniques to generate actionable insights
- Guide the team in collecting, cleaning, validating, and transforming data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Define and maintain standardized data schemes and ensure proper mapping of key data elements (e.g., member demographics, relationship codes, member-month metrics)
- Utilize in-house data transformation tools to develop standardized data elements for analytical reporting
- Document and standardize data processes, methodologies, and mapping logic to improve transparency and scalability.
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members as needed.
- Adhere to all organizational data policies, procedures, governance frameworks, and compliance standards
- Perform other related duties or special projects as directed by the reporting manager to support business objectives
- Play a key role in the decision-making for data implementation
- Lead a team and coordinate data deliverables
Required Experience / Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in computer engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent)
- 4+ years of relevant work experience
- Strong expertise in SQL databases and database querying languages
- Expertise in data visualization and reporting techniques
- Proven experience leading or mentoring analytics teams
- Strong analytical knowledge/experience
- Sound knowledge of logical and arithmetic terminology
- Knowledge of US Healthcare processes and terminologies will be a plus point
