Summary

Cedar Gate Services is seeking an experienced Production Editor 2 to join our Data Acquisition Team. In this role, you will oversee client and vendor data workflows, ensure accurate and timely data delivery, and serve as a key liaison across teams. You will help resolve complex data issues, streamline processes, and support the successful implementation of our data-driven solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and effective management of data-related requirements
• Coordinate with data vendors to fulfill client data needs while ensuring accuracy, qualityand timely deliveryvery
• Manage and track timelines for data acquisition to support implementation and production releases
• Proactively identify, communicate, and escalate data acquisition or vendor-related issues that may impact implementation or release schedules
• Collaborate closely with Implementation, Client Success, Legal, and Data teams to ensure vendor and client issues are addressed and resolved efficiently
• Provide regular feedback and insights on recurring client and vendor issues, recommending process improvements where applicable
• Manage day-to-day matters related to vendor contracts and work cross-functionally to resolve issues promptly
• Utilize Salesforce to create reports, track client activities, and maintain accurate records
• Generate, review, and validate client billing reports to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Prepare,maintain, and update operational and client-related documentation
• Strive to meet or exceed established service-level and operational goals
• Deliver a high standard of professional, courteous, and responsive client service at all times
• Take ownership of additional responsibilities special projects as assigned

Required Experience / Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in any field
• 2–3 years of relevant work experience in client handling, operations, data coordination, or a similar role
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently with clients and internal stakeholders
• Proven experience managing client expectations and resolving issues effectively
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
• Experience working with Salesforce is preferred
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple client requests
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within cross-functional teams
