Summary
As a Data Acquisition Coordinator at Cedar Gate Technologies, you will be an integral part of a dynamic team, demonstrating exceptional technical skills to provide essential information and ensure high availability and performance. The Data Acquisition Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting Account Managers and Implementation Managers and will interact directly with clients and vendors to ensure prompt and accurate completion of all file requirement tasks accurately and promptly. In this role, you will be responsible for understanding Cedar Gate product requirements, client data, and use cases, enabling you to effectively address incoming vendor inquiries.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Communicate and report file updates with the appropriate team members promptly.
  • Coordinate with Implementation, Account, and Data teams to ensure vendor issues are communicated and resolved.
  • Attend all required vendor meetings with Implementation and Account Managers as needed.
  • Document all vendor calls and activities in the Cedar Gate ticketing system.
  • Support the File Management team when required. This is assisting the team with missing file requests.
  • Handle legal document process for all data vendors for NDA, BAA, and other legal documents.
  • Coordinate with data vendors to meet client data requirements.
  • Create and Maintain Vendor Tracking Records in Salesforce.
  • Understand and meet the timeline for the data acquisition required for implementation and production release.
  • Escalate and communicate any data acquisition issues impacting the implementation and release.
  • Assists with developing and implementing process improvement solutions related to vendor processes and works with operating areas to implement.
  • Assists manager with addressing day-to-day issues, including vendor outreach, vendor tracking, file, and ticket tracking.
  • Address day-to-day issues related to the Vendor contracts and work with internal partners to resolve issues promptly.
  • Strives to meet or exceed service and operational goals established for the team.
  • Maintain a high level of courteous client service at all times.

Job Location:

Hybrid Remote in our office in Burlington, Massachusetts

Required Experience / Qualifications

  • Three (3) years of professional experience providing Client Service Support
  • Extremely detail-focused with a caring approach that meticulously prioritizes quality-first at all times.
  • Ability to understand client requirements and troubleshoot potential issues
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities, especially in prioritizing client requests and managing time efficiently.
  • Maintain confidentiality, trustworthiness, and respect for data privacy in accordance with HIPAA when handling Protected Health Information (PHI).
  • Excellent organizational skills and practices
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Bachelor of Business Administration or equivalent
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel
  • Currently eligible to work in the U.S. without assistance in getting an employment visa or work authorization.

Preferences – Not Required

  • Healthcare Industry experience is preferred but not required
