Position: Sales Development Representative (SDR) - Mid-sized Customers
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at CareAcademy, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base within the mid-sized sector. Your primary objective will be to comprehend the distinct requirements of these clients and customize our solutions accordingly.
This role is centered around growth and is exclusively dedicated to generating new business opportunities through daily prospecting, assessing leads, and initiating contact with potential customers. More specifically, your responsibilities will revolve around cultivating business within the Mid-Size Businesses customer segment.
The Mid-Size Sales Development Representative position involves proactive hunting, focusing predominantly on advancing CareAcademy's market presence. This entails identifying, nurturing, and outlining business connections using methods such as phone conversations, email correspondences, video calls, and web meetings.
What You'll Do:
- Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through proactive lead generation.
- Conduct outreach to prospective clients through calls, emails, and social channels.
- Understand customer needs and tailor presentations to present the right solutions.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure seamless transition of qualified leads.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within our CRM system.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
- At least one year of experience in a Sales Development Representative role (experience in the health tech space preferred but not required)
- Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with clients.
- Sales Ability: Proven track record in generating sales leads.
- Customer Focus: Deep understanding of customer needs and ability to tailor solutions.
- Collaboration: Works well in a team environment.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable with CRM software and basic office applications.
- Adaptability: Flexible to changing business needs and strategies.
