As a member of Network Management’s Strategy and Execution team, our Technical Program Managers II manage complex assignments that require cross team collaboration. They are responsible for managing the production of work effort estimates, developing delivery plan and schedule, establishing measures and milestones, and tracking ongoing progress, while proactively managing risks, issues, scope and human resources through the delivery life-cycle – all in service of making our members’ health journeys easier.

What You Bring to Cambia:
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
Minimum five years progressive project management experience to include managing multiple projects concurrently or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Skills and Attributes:
Results-driven problem-solver with a proven track record of generating innovative solutions and managing complex projects in highly regulated industries.
Exceptional organizational and communication skills, with the ability to prioritize, schedule, and meet deadlines while effectively facilitating and motivating stakeholders across the organization.
Adept at navigating ambiguity, capable of translating strategy into executable plans and following through with predictable execution and team mobilization.
Detail-oriented, seasoned project leader with expertise in collecting business and user requirements, translating them into implementable project plans, and collaborating with key stakeholders to drive project success.
Adaptable and resilient in fast-paced, dynamic environments, with a proven ability to lead high-performance teams and drive results.
Experience with AI tools and technologies to enhance productivity and decision-making in professional settings highly desired
What You Will Do at Cambia:
Monitor and report on team efforts, establishing and tracking OKRs, systematizing materials for leadership reporting, and ensuring the team is well-represented throughout the organization.
Support multiple work efforts ensuring timely deliverables within budgetary constraints and proactively recommends courses of action to maintain cost effectiveness
Demonstrated ability to identify problems, mediate issues, develop solutions and implement a course of action.
Drive process improvement efforts, both technical and non-technical in nature.
Deliver outcomes through effective planning, task definition, scope management, cross-team coordination, and stakeholder communication, ensuring quality and timeliness of deliverables.
Manage inter-project dependencies, communicate with stakeholders, and coordinate team members' activities to achieve goals.
Use business objectives to influence solutions, creating new insights and opportunities for the organization, and drive forward projects and initiatives that meet user, business, and stakeholder needs without sacrificing quality.
Serve as the interface between the team and stakeholders, define key performance indicators, report on solution health, and proactively recommend courses of action to maintain delivery lifecycle, quality, and cost-effectiveness
The expected hiring range for a Technical Program Manager II is $91,800 - $125,000 depending on skills, experience, education, and training; relevant licensure / certifications; performance history; and work location. The bonus target for this position is 15%. The current full salary range for this role is $86,000 - $141,000.#LI-hybrid
