Primary Job Purpose
The Ethics Program Coordinator provides administrative and programmatic support for the development, implementation, and administration of Cambia Health Solutions’ Ethics Program. The role supports the administration of annual ethics programming and reporting, coordinates events and projects, and assists in developing engaging internal communications and training content.
General Functions and Outcomes
Gathers information and assists in development of creative and engaging content and communications for internal audiences, including podcasts, case studies, education materials.
Supports the administration of annual programs including ethics education, annual Board report and annual ethics survey.
Supports the monitoring and maintenance of program controls, intranet site and department databases and applications.
Create end-to-end process documentation for end-to-end internal ethics department processes.
Acts as an Ethics liaison and subject matter expert, building and maintaining open communications and fielding inquiries as appropriate.
Supports the coordination of events and projects, including internal Ethics month and external recognition programs. Creates project and communications plans to support events and projects.
Minimum Requirements
Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills with experience writing in a variety of voices, including persuasive, informative and personal.
Demonstrated experience designing and developing creative content for internal and external audiences.
Strong computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft applications, databases and online presentation software.
Demonstrated ability to quickly learn systems, processes, and procedures.
Ability to make sound independent decisions, exercise good judgement and use own initiative.
Demonstrated understanding of corporate organization and structure.
Ability to organize, plan, prioritize and manage multiple projects within time constraints. Ability to be flexible in the face of shifting deadlines and multiple, concurrent projects.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to work with all levels of employees and leaders, including an ability to work cohesively with other team members to achieve departmental goals.
Normally to be proficient in the competencies listed above:
The Ethics Program Coordinator would have a bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, communications or related field and a minimum of 1 year of progressive experience in project management, business writing and administrative support or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Work primarily performed in an office environment
The expected hiring range for a Ethics Program Coordinator is $27.29 - $38.01 per hour depending on skills, experience, education, and training; relevant licensure / certifications; performance history; and work location. The bonus target for this position is 5%. The current full hourly range for this role is $25.65 to $39.70 per hour.
