Strategic Partnerships Operations Senior Associate

We are looking for a Strategic Partnerships Operations Senior Associate to join the Strategic Partnerships team within our Corporate Development division. In this role, the Strategic Partnerships Operations Senior Associate will support and scale our B2B partnerships function. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, operations, and deal execution, enabling high-quality partnership decisions and improving the speed and rigor of the partnership lifecycle. In this role, the Strategic Partnerships Operations Senior Associate will work closely with the Strategic Partnerships lead to drive partner evaluation, diligence, and pre-contract processes, while building scalable systems that improve how we identify, assess, and onboard partners. This role is ideal for a self-starter who thrives in ambiguity, drives work forward independently, and combines structured problem-solving with operational ownership.

The Team: The Strategic Partnerships team identifies, evaluates, and advances external partnerships that support business growth and long-term strategy. The team works cross-functionally with legal, finance, marketing, vendors, and other stakeholders to manage partner diligence, pre-contract workflows, and execution readiness. This role will provide core operational support to the team and help create the systems, documentation, and processes that make the partnership function more scalable and effective. The team values rigor, accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Job Responsibilities

  • Own and evolve the end-to-end partner diligence process, ensuring consistency, rigor, and scalability.

  • Build frameworks to assess prospective partners across strategic, operational, commercial, and execution dimensions.

  • Conduct structured analysis to support partner selection decisions and recommendations.

  • Design and manage RFI processes for partner sourcing, evaluation, and benchmarking.

  • Synthesize partner responses and market inputs into clear, decision-ready insights.

  • Own NDA initiation, execution and organization workflows where appropriate, partnering closely with legal to ensure efficiency and accuracy.

  • Support pre-contract readiness by coordinating inputs across key stakeholders and maintaining tracking systems.

  • Drive cross-functional coordination with internal teams and external partners.

  • Build and maintain process documentation, templates, and workflow tools.

  • Identify and implement process improvements across the partnerships lifecycle.

  • Support post-signature partner experience initiatives in collaboration with Partner Marketing.

Typical Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required

  • 3+ years of experience in strategy & operations, business operations, consulting, partnerships, customer success, or sales/revenue operations.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience structuring ambiguous problems.

  • Proven ability to build and improve processes in a cross-functional environment.

  • Excellent project management and organizational skills with strong attention to detail.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging to the audience.

  • Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.

  • Demonstrated ability to influence others and achieve desired results.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build positive working relationships across the organization.

  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a high-performance team environment.

  • Critical thinking, conceptual thinking, and sound judgment.

  • Flexibility, adaptability, initiative, and tenacity in a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience working with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.

  • Continuous learner with a mindset toward personal development and operational excellence.
