Position Title:Sr Solution Director, MSK Musculoskeletal

Our platform delivers significant cost-of-care savings across an expanding set of clinical domains, including radiology, cardiology and oncology.
Our Clinical Solutions team is looking to hire a Sr Solution Director for MSK Musculoskeletal products. This high-performing individual contributor will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of complex solution strategies for a product line across the Specialty Medical Benefits enterprise. S/he will develop and drive solution strategy, partner with Sales, work with the product and engineering teams to determine solution enhancements, oversee Solution Managers who are day to day contact for the solutions, and maintain cost structure for a profitable solution set. This position can work in a hybrid way from any US Elevance Health corporate location.
How you will make an impact:
Works with Solution General Manager and Solution Medical Director on product strategy
Develops, implements and maintains competitive solution platform.
Partners with solution managers to achieve superior execution of product strategy in the marketplace.
Tracks individual product performance by benefit design, market segment and sub region.
Supports the development of short and long term strategic solution plans in support of market, sales and profitability objectives.
Defines product roadmap and partners with product team on prioritization and delivery
Identifies system needs to support short and long term solution strategy.
Develops system requirements and ROI.
May lead effort or manage project teams in the implementation of complex regional and companywide initiatives including portfolio repositioning in a market, legislative changes, network/provider changes/ medical management program and policy initiatives, etc.
Requires a BA/BS degree and a minimum of 7 years of related experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background. MBA preferred.
Highly preferred skills and experiences:
-Experience in the MSK domain such as orthopedics, spine/joint surgery, physical medicine and rehab, physical therapy, pain management, chiropractic, and acupuncture strongly preferred
-Knowledge of MSK Utilization Management, Value Based Care arrangements with Providers, Member and Provider engagement programs all highly preferred
- Clinical experience (preferably MSK related) preferred
For candidates working in person or remotely in the below locations, the salary* range for this specific position is $119,360 to $214,848
