Job Description:

Account Service Coordinator

Location: This position will work a hybrid model (remote and office). The ideal candidate will live within 50 miles of our Elevance Health PulsePoint location in Boston MA.

The Account Service Coordinator is responsible for providing advanced customer service representation for accounts.

How you will make an impact:

  • Interprets and supports plan benefit design.

  • Resolves complex claims, benefit, and enrollment issues.

  • Makes routine account visits.

  • Coordinates open enrollment meetings, renewal process and training sessions; and on-site facility visits.

  • Travels to worksite and other locations as necessary.

Minimum Requirements

  • Requires a BA/BS and a minimum of 3 years of experience managing business operations and/or customer relationship; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.

Preferred Skills, Capabilities and Experiences:

  • Project management experience preferred.

  • Client operations experience strongly preferred.
