Brief Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive sena apprentice to support our team with various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating interviews, managing reports, updating employee databases, and assisting with onboarding and benefits enrollment. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Core Responsibilities:
Adjust meetings as needed.
Manage benefits and onboarding enrollment for new joiners, including WeWork access, Colmedica and Panamerican requests and others.
Book and coordinate Fuego meetings, including onboarding sessions, Colombia all-hands meetings, AMAs, Fuego trial period review calls and other events.
Handle budget-related tasks such as ordering food and drinks for the office, setting up teambuilding logistics, and maintaining account records.
Qualifications:
Experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
Familiarity with onboarding processes and benefits administration.
High school degree.
Nice to have, Technical English reading skills (A2–B1).
