Brief Overview:
We’re seeking a motivated Full-Stack Developer with 3–4 years of experience to join our newly formed AI+Innovation team. You’ll design, build, and maintain both front-end and back-end web applications, working closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and developers to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions. The ideal candidate has a strong technical foundation, takes initiative, and thrives in a collaborative and dynamic environment.
Core Responsibilities:
- Develop, test, and deploy both client-side and server-side applications, ensuring seamless integration across the stack.
- Own the end-to-end solution. Collaborate with the product management team to emphasize observability, monitoring, and synthetic testing in your projects.
- Optimize applications for speed and scalability, ensuring high performance under load. Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues in both front-end and back-end systems.
- Architect, build, and maintain robust backend services and APIs.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and efficient user interfaces.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices and coding standards.
- Collaborate with product and project teams to define user stories and technical requirements.
- Understand how AI and ML workflows fit into traditional software engineering practices.
- Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 3–4 years of experience as a Full-Stack Developer or in a similar software engineering role
- Experience in architecting, deploying, testing, and maintaining ML and AI solutions. Experience with AWS Bedrock and Vertex AI is a plus. This role focuses on integrating AI solutions into traditional software engineering practices, providing a unique opportunity to work on cutting-edge AI/ML technologies within a dynamic development environment.
- Hands-on experience with AWS services such as EC2, S3, API Gateway, Lambda, and DynamoDB or any other cloud platforms.
- Proficiency in modern front-end technologies, including JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and frameworks like Angular or React.
- Solid experience with back-end technologies like Node.js, Java, Python, and RESTful API design.
- Knowledge of version control systems, especially Git, for collaborative development.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
