Role Overview

Our Account Delivery Leads own and drive customer relationships. They are responsible for the relentless pursuit of customer value creation, account financial performance and growth, program roadmaps, and on time delivery of high-quality work product.

Accountable for the P&L of your account(s), you will partner with customer executives to build relationships, create a shared vision for the partnership, a clear roadmap of programs that deliver impactful business results and moves our customers toward that shared vision while driving revenue for N1 Health.

You will lead a team of dedicated Account Consultants and Data Scientists in the delivery of high-quality work product that leads to clear value creation for your customer. Your team will partner with the customer to explore the data, identify opportunities to improve their member and / or patient engagement. Internally, you and your team will advocate on behalf of your customer, ensuring that the N1 Health technology platform and services continuously improve and evolve to meet the changing needs of your customer and the industry more broadly.

Responsibilities

    • Own and manage the account P&L, delivering against revenue, growth, and margin targets

    • Deeply engage with customers to understand their business model and operations

    • Collaborate with the customer executive sponsor and other champions to create and manage against a shared account vision and roadmap that drives clear customer business results and value

    • Develop and maintain healthy executive customer relationships, ensuring the shared vision and roadmap is relevant, impactful, implemented, and leads to growth

    • Partner with customer executive sponsors to drive change management activities as you lead the implementation of the shared vision and roadmap

    • Lead your team in the timely delivery of high-quality work product that drives customer business results and creates attributable business value

    • As circumstances warrant, roll-up your sleeves and work side-by-side with the team actively contributing to the creation of deliverables such as statements of work, project plans, staffing models, governance materials, and solution design artifacts

    • Serve as a mentor and coach to your team, providing actionable feedback that improves customer interactions, deliverable quality, and execution fundamentals

    • Present the results of our work and our recommendations to drive business results to audiences ranging from analysts to C-suite executives

    • Ensure that the N1 Health technology platform and services are meeting customer needs and leading to concrete impact on their operations

Qualifications

    • A track record of successfully driving revenue growth with customer accounts, ideally with healthcare payers

    • Experience building client relationships to grow the business and drive change management related to large scale complex data programs

    • A track record of developing and leading against a strategic account plan and roadmap of customer programs

    • Experience leading teams in the execution of complex, technology-based programs for customers that led to clear customer results and a strong / defensible ROI

    • Ability to work through ambiguity in a high-pressure environment

    • Strong quantitative and qualitative analytics skills, able to identify problems, and frame solutions into executable plans

    • Experience presenting compelling, data-driven stories to executive-level business stakeholders or to team/project leadership

    • Adaptive and introspective mindset; willing to learn, teach, lead and follow

    • Strong business writing, presentation, and Excel based financial modeling skills are required

    • A BA / BS degree and 7 - 10 years of experience building customer relationships, growing revenue, and leading customer facing delivery teams in a high pace setting is required
