Role Overview
Delivery Analysts directly work with customers to drive member outcomes leveraging predictive insights from big data. You'll immerse yourself in our customers' business model, operations, and workflows. You’ll partner with customer teams, explore the data, and lead the deployment of N1 Health Services and Technology Product into customer operations to enable us to scale. Your core objective will be to synthesize data science outputs into an understanding of what the most important problem is, what the data means, what our customers need, and where the impact could be. Your work will lead customers to run member outreach campaigns and to measure and improve health outcomes for individuals and families.
Delivery Analysts are responsible for turning proven best practices from great consumer companies, current customers, and signals in the data into scaled, member outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Go onsite and meet with customers to deploy great data science outputs
- Dig into ambiguous problems to identify campaign opportunities and execute them
- Deeply engage with customers to understand business model and operations and drive adoption of agile business practices
- Lead, present, and drive the execution of data-driven recommendations directly to our customers that positively impact member health outcomes
- Develop effective relationships with external customer stakeholders to ensure our joint efforts positively impact members
- Ensure that the product is meeting customer needs and having concrete impact on their operations
- Develop and manage ROI models and be trained in running agile practices with customers
- Present the results of our work to audiences ranging from analysts to C-suite executives
Qualifications
- Experience with programming, BI tools, or statistical packages (e.g. Python, SQL, Tableau)
- Demonstrated experience and success achieving outcomes across delivery projects
- Ability to work in ambiguity and experience of self-motivated accomplishments in a high-pressure environment
- Experience running analyses and presenting compelling, data-driven stories to executive-level business stakeholders or to team/project leadership
- Ability to analyze business processes and identify barriers and design prescriptive solutions to get around them
- Ability to build work relationships with clients and partner to launch complex, data driven programs
- Adaptive and introspective mindset; willing to learn, teach, lead and follow
