This role focuses on gathering and documenting requirements, analyzing business processes, and supporting the successful implementation of technology solutions. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams and stakeholders.

Business Analysis:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and document business needs and processes.
- Assist in gathering and organizing functional and technical requirements through interviews, workshops, and research.
- Analyze business processes to identify gaps and areas for improvement.

Requirements Management:
- Develop clear and detailed documentation, including business requirement documents (BRDs), user stories, and workflows.
- Work closely with the Product Manager and technical teams to ensure requirements are well-understood and actionable.
- Maintain accurate tracking of requirements, changes, and updates throughout the project lifecycle.

Technology Support:
- Coordinate with technical teams to ensure requirements are implemented as intended.
- Provide input during testing phases, including system validation and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Assist in preparing user documentation and supporting materials.

Collaboration and Research:
- Support the Product Manager in project planning, timeline tracking, and issue resolution.
- Research industry best practices to inform process improvements and technology delivery.
- Contribute to cross-functional team efforts by ensuring alignment between business and technical teams.
Requirements:
- Experience: 2–4 years in a business analyst role, with a focus on technology or systems delivery.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Experience with CRM systems or similar technology in a support or analyst capacity.
- Strong skills in requirements gathering, documentation, and workflow analysis.
- Familiarity with Agile, SAFe, or similar project methodologies.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.
- Proficiency with tools like Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Office.

Salary Range: $55,000 - $70,000
AHP, in an effort to be transparent with applicants about salary and in compliance with various state pay disclosure requirements, publishes the following information which is current as of the date of posting. The base salary range above represents the low and high end of the AHP salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and may be high or low in the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and education. The range listed is just one component of AHP’s total compensation package for employees.
