Advocates for Human Potential (AHP) is looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join our Legal Operations Team. The successful candidate will report directly to the Director of Legal Operations and be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying needs, and strategizing to enhance efficiency and productivity. The Senior Business Analyst will collaborate closely with stakeholders, serving as the primary collaborator between our legal and technology operations teams. They will work closely with our in-house attorneys and own the implementation of the firm's Contract Lifecycle Management system, Ironclad.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with attorneys and the business to understand their needs and objectives.
  • Analyze business processes, procedures, and systems to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency and productivity.
  • Own the successful implementation of the Contract Lifecycle Management System, Ironclad.
  • Manage user acceptance testing, including documentation, verification, and release.
  • Create detailed reports, diagrams, and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions meet business requirements and are implemented successfully.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to legal technology.

    Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail.
    • Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, and manage multiple tasks concurrently.
    • Experience with Ironclad as an administrator is preferred.
    • Proficiency in crafting business process diagrams using LUCID is preferred.
    • Familiarity with CRM tools.

    Education and Experience

    • Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, law, or related field; advanced degree (e.g., MBA, JD) preferred.
    • 6+ years of experience engaging with attorneys and/or enterprise-level clients as a business process specialist or business analyst.

    Salary Range: $95,000 - $120,000

The base salary range above represents the low and high end of the AHP salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and may be high or low in the range based on a range of factors including but not limited to location, experience, and education. The range listed is just one component of AHP’s total compensation package for employees.
