As a Systems Administrator for AHP, you will be pivotal in the oversight and maintenance of critical IT infrastructure, including physical and virtual assets, telecommunication systems, and network components. Your IT expertise will help minimize downtime by ensuring stability, integrity, and efficient operations of our technology systems and will be critical in delivering a seamless working experience to our staff as we continue to grow.

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in the implementation and management of a cloud-first environment.

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation.

  • Implement and act as the primary administrator of the organization’s RMM platform.

  • Implement and act as the primary administrator of the organization’s enterprise asset management (EAM) platform.

  • Participate in the implementation and oversight of physical access and physical monitoring systems.

  • Participate in the implementation of various security hardening features to ensure compliance within various compliance and IT frameworks (CCPA, CPRA, GDPR, CIS18, NIST CSF, etc.)

  • Participate in the implementation and administration of user account and access administration including features like IAM, RBAC, JITA, and PIM.

  • Participate in the implementation and staffing of after-hours support for critical tickets.

  • Monitor and manage on-premises and cloud infrastructure including AWS, M365, GCP, and SaaS platforms.

  • Monitor and manage endpoint tasks such as software deployments and patch management.

  • Monitor and manage routing and switching related areas such as DNS, VOIP systems, and wired and wireless networks.

  • Monitor and manage backup and recovery services.

  • Monitor and manage the organization’s spam filter platform of choice.

  • Serve as the initial escalation of point for endpoint detection and response alarms.

  • Perform all other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology or equivalent professional experience.

  • Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in IT system administration and infrastructure management roles.

Additional Suggested Qualifications

  • Excellent documentation and troubleshooting methodologies.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Extensive experience with Microsoft Active Directory environments.

  • Strong experience with Microsoft Entra ID.

  • Strong experience with routing and switching concepts.

  • Relevant industry certifications (e.g., A+, Net+, CCNA, MCSA, etc.).

  • Hands-on work attitude and customer service experience.

  • Hands-on work experience with SSO implementations.

Salary Range: $80,000 - $95,000

To be transparent with applicants about salary and in compliance with various state pay disclosure requirements, AHP publishes the following information which is current as of the date of posting. The base salary range above represents the low and high end of the AHP salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and may be high or low in the range based on a range of factors including but not limited to location, experience, and education. The range listed is just one component of AHP’s total compensation package for employees.
