Join the WRAP® (Wellness Recovery Action Plan®) team as the Advanced Level Facilitator & Editor. This role will play a pivotal role in leading and creating trainings for WRAP, facilitating online and in-person WRAP trainings, as well as updating existing WRAP products and working on new Human Potential Press publications.

Responsibilities

  • Co-Facilitate WRAP Seminar I and Seminar II and III when ready.
  • Mentor WRAP Facilitators
  • Help design and present WRAP Refreshers.
  • Help design and host webinars for Facilitators.
  • Manage WRAP website/be the liaison with IMC for maintenance and updates.
  • Work with marketing on social media.
  • Coordinate the WRAP Up newsletter and monthly eblast.
  • Attend conferences, write conference proposals for presentations, present and/or be at booth.
  • Increase promotions for WRAP with media.
  • Communication about CofDs.
  • Develop assets for Facilitator Portal.
  • Create newsletter for Facilitators.
  • Write/edit new WRAP and HPP publications and update existing WRAP publications.
  • Coordinate with other areas of AHP to find new publications for Human Potential Press.
  • Create content for the refreshers and recertifications and find speakers for them.
  • Determine annual schedules for both refreshers and recertifications.
  • Arrange for Advanced Level WRAP Facilitators to lead each.
  • Secure space at locations in various areas of the country for recertifications.
  • Manage registrations online, waitlists, and more.
  • Communicate to the Facilitator and ALF communities.
  • Increase WRAP sales opportunities

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in English, communications, or related field
  • Must be a current Advanced Level WRAP Facilitator
  • Experience facilitating WRAP Seminar I and Seminar II
  • Prior experience creating new trainings and building on existing programs
  • Minimum of 7-10 years editorial experience
  • Excellent writing and verbal communication skills

Salary Range: $110,000 - $120,000

The base salary range above represents the low and high end of the AHP salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and may be high or low in the range based on a range of factors including but not limited to location, experience, and education. The range listed is just one component of AHP’s total compensation package for employees.
