Position Details:
- Location: Reliant Medical Group, a Part of Optum: 761 Worcester RD Framingham, MA
- Schedule: 32 hours/week
- Monday: 8:30 – 5:00
- Tuesday: 8:00 – 4:30
- Thursday: 8:30 – 5:00
- Friday: 8:30 – 5:00
- Specialty: Adult Internal Medicine
Primary Responsibilities:
- Determines the appropriate action to be taken involving decision making according to standard criteria
- Communicates with providers and patients systematically via EMR or telephonically
- Maintains tracking of patient lists, outreach and follow up
- Offers clinician and patient support and/or education on workflows and protocols in the identified registry
- Works with assigned supervisor/manager and director to develop, implement, and monitor procedures that support organizational goals and business objectives related to the Registry program
- Completes all organizational and department specific clinical educational competencies
- Complies with established departmental policies, procedures, objectives, and guidelines
- Adhere to the organization’s policy on Confidentiality and HIPAA regulations, which protects the privacy of patient information and records. Responsible for protection of information and documentation related to the medical record review and abstraction process, which prohibits the release of any identifiable medical information or inappropriate disclosure of such information

Required Qualifications:
- Graduated from an accredited Registered Nurse education program
- Active and unrestricted RN licensure in the state of Massachusetts
- BLS/CPR certification or the willingness to obtain within 90 days
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Microsoft office suites i.e., Outlook, Word, Excel etc.
- Experience in an outpatient clinic setting
- Knowledge of office and laboratory procedures
Unless certification, licensure or registration is required, an equivalent combination of education and experience, which provides proficiency in the areas of responsibility listed in this description, may be substituted for the above requirements.
Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The hourly pay for this role will range from $28.27 to $50.48 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
