Rehabilitation Services and Sports Medicine provides:

We are seeking a compassionate, enthusiastic, and professional Occupational Therapist to join their outpatient Rehabilitation Services and Sports Medicine team in Southborough. This is a full-time, Monday-Friday

Occupational Therapists work closely with hand surgeons in hand therapy as well as other general OT diagnoses. OTs provide and document the full range of Occupational therapy treatments and tests for all patient demographics, supervises supportive personnel, and participate in educational services.

You’ll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you a clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.

Required Qualifications:

  • Doctorate, Master or Bachelor of Science Degree in Occupational Therapy or Certificate in Occupational Therapy from a school accredited or approved by American Occupational Therapy Association or completing the degree in the next 6 months
  • Licensure in Commonwealth of Massachusetts or licensure pending via examination or reciprocity
  • Current Certificate from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) or certificate pending via examination or reciprocity

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Hand experience or CHT (Certified Hand therapist)
  • Knowledge of Electronic Medical Records (EMR)/Clinical Database
  • Knowledge of various software applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
  • Proven excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills
