As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful estimation, startup, execution, and delivery of technology-centric projects. You will leverage your excellent researching and problem-solving skills, including the ability to analyze, compare, evaluate, reconcile, and order data. In this role, you will interact with a diverse blend of personalities to reach resolution and maintain strong relationships.

About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, relevant work experience
• Minimum 7 years of related project management or coordination experience

It would be great if you also have…

• Prior experience and in-depth domain knowledge of biotechnology, pharmaceutical and medical technology customers, and solutions
• Ability to work with management tools like MS Office and Project
• Ability to accurately track and manage project status on a resource, financial and schedule basis
• Ability to identify project dependencies and resolve roadblocks before they jeopardize the schedule
• Strong working knowledge of software development practices, such as SCRUM/Agile
• Strong working knowledge of the business and technical domain

What will you be doing in this role?

• Oversee the project estimation, approval, and ramp-up process
• Structure projects around software release timing and organize development to ensure successful project execution, applying techniques like critical path analysis where appropriate
• Work with business stakeholders and project team participants to proactively resolve project conflicts, address open issues, set expectations, and communicate status
• Deliver projects that meet stakeholder expectations within budget, resource, and schedule constraints
• Ensure compliance with the broader organization’s governance, financial/portfolio management, and project management frameworks
• Continually monitor and communicates project status with respect to deliverables, costs, timescales, and resources used

About the Team

The Senior Project Manager reports to the VP of Product Management and is part of a broader team of software developers and customer success colleagues. This team is responsible for project delivery, financial management, risk management and estimation/planning for our global customers.

Hours of Work

· This is a full-time position, primarily working core business hours in your time zone, with flexibility to adjust to various global time zones as needed.

· This is a hybrid role working in the office 2-3 days a week.
