Position Title:Marketing Account Manager
Location: Elevance Health supports a hybrid workplace model (virtual and in-office) with PulsePoint sites used for collaboration, community, and connection. This includes remote work and 1-2 days in-office per week.
The Marketing Account Manager (Medicaid Health Plan Strategist) is responsible for partnering with business and cross functional areas to identify and implement medium to large-scale campaigns that support achievement of complex unit or corporate goals.
How You Will Make an Impact
Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:
Consults with business to determine key communication initiatives and prioritize based on Enterprise, Business Unit and Shared Services goals.
Defines the communications strategy ensuring initiatives are measurable and aligned with business goals prior to engaging creative teams or partners to develop materials.
Owns budget, establishes success metrics, tracks ROI on initiatives, evaluates effectiveness, and identifies opportunities to optimize campaigns.
Collects data sources, chooses vendors, and manages infrastructure to activate the strategy behind all initiatives. Reports on initiative progress.
Collects information, plans a course of action, develops the creative brief, and reviews/approves overall concepts.
Serves as the primary point of contact for creative, media and automated outreach vendors executing their campaigns.
Collaborate cross-functionally with project management, program management, engagement, quality, creative teams and other internal parties.
Be a trusted thought partner and single point of contact for your delegated health plan markets, leading proactive, consultative, and effective customer journeys.
Help localize marketing collateral and materials for your markets; help drive scalability and repeatability of collateral that can be utilized in newsletters, campaigns, scripts, sites, and other collateral and distribution channels.
Be comfortable presenting to business owners (marketing directors and managers, compliance, etc) as well as enterprise leaders across marketing, strategy, compliance, governance, and finance.
Support the planning and execution of the digital marketing strategy & roadmap while managing partnerships and fostering relationships with key enterprise teams (digital enterprise growth, product strategy, brand, and UX).
Requires a BA/BS degree and a minimum of 5 years of related experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
Preferred Skills, Capabilities, and Experiences
Managed care experience and data analytics experience preferred.
Strong oral, written and interpersonal communication skills, problem-solving skills, facilitation skills, and analytical skills.
