Marketing Comm Coordinator II
Locations: Richmond, VA; Midland, GA; Indianapolis, IN; Cincinnati, OH; Columbus, OH & Seven Field, OH
Elevance Health supports a hybrid workplace model with pulse point sites (major office) used for collaboration, community, and connection. This position has an on-site requirement of 1-2 days/week. Candidates must reside within 50 miles or 1-hour commute each way of a relevant Elevance Health location listed above.
The Marketing Comm Coordinator II will be responsible for facilitating all steps of moderately complex marketing communication (Marcom) project workflows.
Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:
Works with Marketing Communications areas to support projects through all stages (planning, research, writing, proofreading, design, and approvals) to ensure product is produced in a timely, accurate, and effective manner.
Helps coordinate meetings, gather information, and collaborate with business partners and SMEs on projects.
Acts as project manager for workflow process and is responsible for ensuring consistency and standardization on all materials.
Partners with team members to create production schedules, assigns resources needed and manages the production process of materials.
Ensures that services and materials meet specifications and adherence to business / regulatory / privacy rules.
Coordinates project reviews and recommends communication solutions.
Seeks out opportunities for process improvements, increase efficiencies, economies, and operational excellence.
Minimum Qualifications:
Requires a BA/BS degree and a minimum of 3 years of related experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior health care industry, marketing or ad agency experience and project/process management skills preferred.
